Program Coaches
All of the Wholesome Health Club programs are carefully curated by holistic food coaches, personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches and nutritionists.
KIRA LOVE - Kira is a personal trainer, Yoga and pilates instructor, life coach and home cook extraordinaire. Kira became a national household name in 2014 when she was a finalist on Channel Ten’s MasterChef. As chief recipe creator, Kira ensures the meal guides and recipes are nutritious, delicious and family-friendly.
VICTORIA REIHANA - Victoria is an Integrated Institute of Nutrition Food Coach, personal trainer, RPM & Kettlebell Instructor who oversees all of the food and fitness programs. With over two decades of industry experience, she ensures guides are results driven, yet nourishing and sustainable.
TAHI REIHANA - Tahi is an ex international rugby player, strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. Husband of Victoria, he assists in programming and client support within the Wholesome Health Club.
STACEY ROBINSON - Stacey is a personal trainer, pilates instructor and certified food coach who oversees WHC programming. She is passionate about keeping clients motivated and on track with their goals and is an active coach in the club sharing live workouts and recipe demos.
KELLY ROSENDHAL - Kelly is a personal trainer & Tai Chi instructor. Kelly is a WHC coach who hosts weekly live workouts and Tai Chi sessions for clients within the club.
KIMBERLEY WELMAN - Kimberley is a Yoga instructor and published wellness author. She brings mindset advice, lifestyle tips and health advice for busy mums in the club.
NICOLE MORAN - Nicole is the Club’s head physio and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to mobility, stretching, injury and body alignment.
