Our health philosophy is simple. Eat foods as close to their natural state as possible, exercise to nourish (not punish) your body, empower yourself through education as to WHY you are making healthy changes and supplement with natural, wholefood derived nutrition (rather than synthetic supplements).
Most items and products that are considered “food” today are infused with chemicals, preservatives and harmful additives that create havoc on our bodies. Your dinner plate is your destiny - not just in terms of your waistline, but your mind, thoughts and feelings. When you embrace “clean eating” - you focus on stripping back those hidden nasties and embark on a lifestyle journey, centered around enjoying an abundance of REAL foods - as intended by mama nature.
In the Wholesome Health Club you are no longer bound to any rules, restriction, deprivation or calorie counting, because we empower you to become in-tune with your body and learn how to choose the right foods so you can ignite a new wave of inspiration & motivation in your own life and kitchen.
We embrace all types of lifestyle food choices and whilst the majority of our recipes are gluten, refined sugar and dairy free - they can easily be adapted to suit vegetarians and vegans. We don’t give ourselves a ‘label’ when it comes to healthy eating.
We truly believe all of your traditional favourites such as burgers, pizzas, wedges, chocolate and ice-cream can still be enjoyed - with homestyle cooking using wholefood ingredients! And we are here to show you how! In a simple, quick and affordable way!
There are 3 food groups you may be surprised to know push the boundaries of what is considered REAL food, and they are 3 of the most over consumed in the modern diet. Although we never want to impose rules as part of a healthy lifestyle, we suggest mindful eating around them, and upgrading to better quality options where possible. The foods in question are SUGAR, DAIRY AND GRAINS.
